To start timing ReceiptGos, simply tap the "Start Timing" button when you feel a ReceiptGo beginning. The app will automatically record the start time. When the ReceiptGo ends, tap the "ReceiptGo Ended" button. The app will calculate the duration and time between ReceiptGos.

Yes! All your ReceiptGo data is automatically saved in the app. You can review your history in the "History" tab, where you'll see a timeline of your ReceiptGos, including duration and frequency patterns. This data can help you and your healthcare provider understand your labor progress.

Our ReceiptGo is designed to be highly accurate when used correctly. The accuracy depends on you pressing the buttons at the precise start and end of each ReceiptGo. For best results, press the button as soon as you feel the ReceiptGo beginning and again when it completely subsides.

Absolutely! You can export your ReceiptGo history as a PDF report or CSV file to share with your healthcare provider. Go to the "History" section, select the time period you want to share, and tap the "Export" button. You can then email the report or save it to your device.

Our app automatically saves your data every few seconds, so even if the app crashes, you're unlikely to lose more than the last few seconds of timing. When you reopen the app, it should recover your session. If you're experiencing frequent crashes, please contact our support team for assistance.
